No matter where you build your website you will have fees for either the software you use and or hosting of your website. This is all included in FMA marketing. You will still need to buy your www domain, we recommend godaddy for that.
Your monthly fee includes: a website/sales page, chat widget on that page, newsletter opt-in, webinar funnel with automation, CRM, email marketing software, text marketing capabilities, 1-888 number for your business, connections to your social media, social media scheduling tool, social media content to use each month, 2x monthly blogs, and your calendar to book appointments. We have also recently added a lead magnet template all ready for you!
We plan to add additional features in the near future that will be included for you!
Our professionally written, medically referenced Functional medicine based social media content includes: 30+ posts each month, 2x styles of graphics to choose from. 2 Blog posts, 2 promotional videos for the blogs, video scripts you can use on the two blog topics each month. You can connect your Facebook Business Page, Your Instagram and Your TikTok and can post to all of them using our scheduler.
The software and everything set up is based on you having an active monthly subscription. Like any software if you cancel your access will stop.
Since we have special pricing, combining all of these things together to make it as affordable as possible, there is no opting in or out of services. You just get it all. You can choose not to use items, but there is no change. The fee is $297 a month and includes everything.
These are things every business owner needs, and you will learn them through the course of our program. CRM means customer relationship management, and it’s how you track the leads coming in and follow up with them, including emailing and texting them on their way to becoming a patient. Once they’re a patient, they move to your EMR, but everything before then is in your CRM. Email sequences are emails you can draft one time and then set up to automatically go to potential leads based on an action they take. For example, if someone opts in to your newsletter, FMA marketing sets up a series of emails that send automatically to your prospects encouraging them to book a no-charge consult with you.
With any and all websites you ever have, if you stop paying them, you’re going to have to move that content to a new site—and start paying the new site. The marketing features are essential business tools any business that wants to grow will need to function properly. You will have to sign up for them separately elsewhere and pay more.
We will be releasing course tools within the next few months so you will be able to host your course inside FMA marketing and take payments for it as well. Your webinar will be completely set up to capture registrants in FMA marketing but you will need zoom to run the actual webinar. The team will set up your first one and then you just rinse and repeat!
